Scenario: Basic monthly salary ₹40,000, 5% annual hike, 30 years to retirement.
Detailed Calculation: Monthly employee contribution = 12% of ₹40k = ₹4,800. Employer EPF = 3.67% of ₹40k = ₹1,468. Employer EPS = 8.33% (capped) = ₹1,250. Standard compounding applied annually.
